Century Financial is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to manage reception operations, ensure smooth office coordination, assist visitors, and provide excellent customer service while collaborating with internal departments.

Role Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for managing calls, coordinating office needs, handling couriers, and maintaining visitor records, while supporting various departments like HR, IT, and Finance.
Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional experience.

Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls accurately.

Sort, distribute, and dispatch mail and courier deliveries.

Verify and forward courier invoices to the Finance department.

Manage office pantry supplies and ensure functionality of equipment.

Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance for operational needs.

Book and prepare meeting rooms, and arrange hospitality for meetings.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Maintain both hard copy and electronic filing systems for visitors.
Skills and Qualifications Required:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and operating standard office equipment.

Resourceful with problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience:

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is required.
