Bosch Middle East is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the General Manager (GM) to provide strategic and operational support. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology, and energy and building technology. As the Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the GM with critical initiatives, managing high-level meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your role will include liaising between the GM and stakeholders, managing executive communications, organizing logistics for meetings and travel, and supporting confidential matters with the utmost discretion. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and tech-savvy skills to navigate complex tasks and provide effective assistance to the GM.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Executive Support & Engagement:

Support strategic initiatives, track deliverables, and prepare materials for decision-making.

Liaise between the GM and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and aligned communication.

Organize high-level meetings, workshops, and events with a focus on smooth execution.

Draft executive correspondence, maintain internal updates, and manage organizational charts.

Handle confidential matters and crisis communications with discretion.

Operational Excellence:
-
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations, ensuring organized and secure documentation.

Efficiently manage the GM’s calendar, travel, and priorities in line with business needs.

Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and provide administrative support to cross-functional teams.

Plan and manage domestic and international travel and expense processes.
-
Ensure IT setup, access rights, and adherence to information security protocols.

Maintain intranet and audit records such as risk assessments.

Qualifications:
-
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Studies, Project Management, or related field.

5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Proven ability to manage executive-level communications and streamline business operations.

Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and digital tools.

Fluent in English (German and Arabic are a plus).

Excellent time management, ability to prioritize, and strong problem-solving skills.
