Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant and a proactive Procurement Executive (Filipino National) to join our growing team in Dubai. These roles will provide critical support to the Brand Director and procurement operations, ensuring smooth business functioning across brand activities and sourcing processes.

Executive Assistant to Brand Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the Brand Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.

• Provide complete administrative support including managing calls, emails, correspondence, and office coordination.

• Serve as a liaison between the Brand Director and internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Assist in organizing and executing branding activities such as trunk shows, VIP appointments, photoshoots, and events.

Procurement Executive (Filipino National – Dubai Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and onboard potential suppliers based on product quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and pricing strategies.

• Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations departments for seamless procurement.

• Identify and reduce supply chain risks related to supplier performance.

Key Qualifications (Procurement Executive):

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

• Age between 25-40 years.

• Filipino nationality with current work experience in the Dubai market.
