A fast-growing company in the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industry is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to take charge of high-impact performance marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

Manage omnichannel campaigns across social media, email, and WhatsApp.

Optimize digital funnels across platforms such as Faces, Namshi, and BeautyTribe.

Set up and manage tracking tools (UTMs, pixels, events, retargeting setups).

Analyze and report performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.

Collaborate with creatives for testing and optimizing visual and written ad content.

Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, and support conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing

Tools Expertise: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Mailchimp

Strong grasp of social trends, SEO, and content optimization

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
