A.P. Moller – Maersk is hiring a Customer Listening/Journey & Claims Partner in Dubai to drive customer experience initiatives and handle the claims resolution process. This full-time, on-site role is open to UAE Nationals with a family book and is focused on enhancing the Net Promoter Score through deep customer insights and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and analyze customer feedback to identify needs and pain points

Lead customer journey improvement projects and tackle operational obstacles

Conduct root cause analysis using data, customer escalations, and audits

Collaborate with business teams to resolve upstream issues affecting experience

Manage customer claims, including pre-claims, documentation, resolution, and settlement communication
-
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to measure and communicate progress
-
Stay updated on industry trends and customer experience best practices
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in program management, customer research, or customer success

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

Proficiency in process improvement and project management
-
Effective communication and influencing skills

Familiarity with customer claims handling

Ability to work in an international, matrix-based environment
