Givaudan, a global leader in fragrance and beauty innovation, is seeking a Creative Fragrance Manager to lead the development of innovative fragrance solutions for the Home & Air Care category in the Middle East and North East Africa region. This hybrid role is based in Dubai and will involve close collaboration with regional clients, perfumers, evaluators, and internal marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Fragrance Development
-
Design and implement olfactory strategies tailored to specific customer needs, markets, and categories.

Manage multiple complex briefs and guide perfumers on fragrance creation and selection.

Collaborate with global creative centers and coordinate fragrance testing with Consumer Market Insights (CMI) teams.

Translate CMI results into actionable guidance for fragrance development.
Project Management

Lead a pipeline of customer briefs and internal initiatives efficiently.

Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery with a focus on increasing win rates and customer satisfaction.

Manage large-scale client projects and internal development efforts.
Client Relations
-
Prepare and participate in customer meetings and visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in collaboration with the Sales/Key Accounts team.

Contribute to the development of strategic account plans.
Marketing & Strategy

Anticipate regional market trends and support proactive concept development.

Generate fragrance trend reports and olfactory summaries.

Lead customer presentations and conceptual discussions.
People Leadership

Lead and mentor junior evaluators, fostering a creative and high-performance culture.

Support team development and contribute to an inclusive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in fragrance evaluation, preferably within Home Care.

Proven track record of winning projects for regional/international clients.
-
Previous experience in the Middle East or North Africa preferred.

2+ years of experience leading or mentoring teams.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic/French is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse cultures.
