Pirelli, a global leader in the automotive sector, is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intern for its Dubai office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with regional and global teams on corporate compliance and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives. The role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about regulatory frameworks and sustainable business practices in the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI) markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory & Compliance:

• Monitor and report on laws and regulations relevant to the GCC, especially the UAE and KSA

• Assist in drafting internal policies and procedures in line with global compliance frameworks

• Work with the Group Compliance & Rules team to adapt and implement corporate compliance programs

• Coordinate between HQ and regional offices on regulatory updates, projects, and corporate initiatives

• Manage external legal advisors, consultants, and compliance service providers

Sustainability & ESG:

• Contribute to integrating sustainability principles within compliance systems

• Assist in local implementation of corporate sustainability policies

• Support data gathering, reporting, and regional stakeholder engagement

• Conduct research on sustainability trends, regional regulations, and ESG best practices

Requirements:

• Passion for the automotive industry

• A maximum of one year of prior work experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Economics

• Must hold a valid student or family visa

• Fluency in English (Italian or Arabic is a plus)

• Technologically adept and comfortable with digital tools

• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
