Female Founders Network is the fastest-growing business network for women in Dubai, and we’re seeking an exceptional Community & Events Manager to join our dynamic team. This freelance, part-time, remote role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and scaling a global network dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs. As the Community & Events Manager, you will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with our community members, organizing both in-person and virtual events, and supporting the smooth execution of the overall community experience. With a strong emphasis on growth, this position offers the potential to transition into a full-time leadership role as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with community members, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they feel heard, supported, and welcomed.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute both in-person and virtual events, including logistics, RSVPs, reminders, and liaising with suppliers.

  • Attend and support both online and offline events, ensuring seamless execution and member experience.

  • Work closely with the membership team to keep the member portal up-to-date with events and resources.

  • Provide behind-the-scenes support for day-to-day community operations, anticipating needs and proactively solving problems.

  • Build and maintain relationships within the community, being the go-to person for inquiries and support.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about women’s entrepreneurship and community building.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs.

  • Relationship-builder who enjoys connecting people and creating opportunities for collaboration.

  • Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

  • 2-4 years of experience in community management, event planning, or a related role in entrepreneurial settings.
