The Real Truth Company is seeking a Senior Category Manager – Women’s Skin Care to drive growth, innovation, and regionalization of their skincare portfolio across GCC markets. This role will involve leading the brand strategy, executing 360° marketing plans, launching products, collaborating with influencers and dermatologists, and optimizing performance across key channels (D2C, Amazon, retail).
As a key member of the team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, R&D, retail, and digital teams located in Seoul, New York, and Dubai. Creativity, insight, and accountability will be your driving forces as you work to grow the brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Execution:
-
Lead the overall strategy for the Women’s personal care category, overseeing product innovation, communication, and campaign development.

Develop and execute 360° marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Drive product launches and lifecycle management across retail, D2C, and Amazon platforms.

Market Analysis & Growth:
-
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with dermatologists, influencers, and content creators to build brand credibility and advocacy.

Performance Monitoring:
-
Monitor key brand KPIs across awareness, consideration, and conversion, optimizing performance as needed.

Localization:

Adapt global brand assets and storytelling for the GCC region to ensure cultural relevance and engagement.

Collaboration & Campaign Management:
-
Work closely with internal teams on campaign content, in-store experiences, and community activations.

Manage product launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Minimum Qualifications:
-
Experience: 5-8 years in brand or product marketing in skincare, haircare, or consumer health.

Proven experience managing premium beauty or wellness brands, with expertise in D2C and retail channels.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
-
Comfortable working across geographies and time zones.
-
A passion for beauty, consumer insight, and ethical branding.

Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with premium beauty skincare brands.

Knowledge of formulation ingredients, claims, and regulatory requirements.

Background in launching products in eCommerce, pharmacy, or lifestyle retail.

Strategic thinker with creative instincts and a strong bias for action.
