Overview:
QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring experienced Test Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) specialized in Cards & Payments for a leading bank in Dubai. This role demands deep domain expertise in Cards, Payment Switching, ATM, and POS systems to lead and deliver complex QA programs for top global financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end QA delivery (functional, automation, performance) for Cards and Payments projects.

Develop and implement test strategies, governance frameworks, resource plans, and QA schedules.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing outcomes across multiple projects.

Manage stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and escalate issues with actionable solutions.

Provide comprehensive QA reporting, test coverage analysis, and defect tracking metrics.
-
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
-
Coordinate with onsite and offshore QA teams to ensure collaboration, milestone tracking, and productivity.

Maintain knowledge management systems including documentation, test artifacts, and lessons learned.

Ensure traceability of testing activities to support audits and compliance requirements.
Domain Expertise:
-
Extensive hands-on experience in Cards (Issuer/Acquirer), Payment Switches, ATM, and POS testing.
-
Familiarity with payment switch platforms like FIS IST (preferred), ACI BASE24, BPC SmartVista, HPS PowerCard.
-
Experience with VISA, Mastercard, CUP, JCB Issuer certifications.

Simulator experience with FIS OTS, FinSim is a plus.

Added advantage: Experience with Fiserv VisionPLUS or TSYS PRIME platforms.

Knowledge of Merchant Acquiring & Issuance processes.
Technical & Leadership Skills:

Strong proficiency in QA governance, planning, monitoring, and execution.

Experience with automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

Skills in performance testing, data simulation, and high-throughput validations.

Track record of maintaining QA KPIs, test coverage, and defect leakage control.

Lead defect triage sessions and coordinate resolution efforts.

Effective people leadership including mentoring, task delegation, and performance management.
Experience Required:

Minimum 15+ years in the BFSI sector with at least 10 years focused on Cards, Payment Switch, ATM, and POS testing.

Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale, complex QA projects concurrently.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination experience.

Experience working with onsite-offshore QA delivery models globally.
