The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and sales motivation, specifically within the aesthetic clinic industry. This role is vital in ensuring an excellent customer experience while driving the call center team to meet and exceed service and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and onboard new call center representatives to meet business needs.

• Manage and oversee a team, with a focus on outbound call operations.

• Provide consistent coaching, support, and performance evaluations for call center staff.

• Set and communicate clear goals and expectations for the team.

• Develop motivational talks and presentations to drive engagement and productivity.

• Process and submit weekly sales lead reports to management.

• Monitor and resolve conflicts between associates and customers, ensuring a positive client experience.

• Conduct periodic surveys of customers to maintain high quality standards and continuous improvement.

Skills Required:
