Business Relationship Manager
ACCA Dubai , UAE

ACCA is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to join their Eurasia and Middle East team. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for contributing to business strategy, managing relationships with Education Partners, growing and retaining existing accounts, and enhancing the promotion of ACCA’s products and services to drive growth in members and students across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Middle East Education Partners strategy and business plan with a focus on student/member growth, reputation, and influence.

  • Develop strong relationships with LPs and support growth targets for sales and client relationships.

  • Provide tailored customer service and key account management to differentiate ACCA from competitors.

  • Promote ACCA products and services to Education Partners and develop opportunities for members and students.

  • Support students at Education Partners with registrations, counseling, and guidance on ACCA processes.

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that increase sales and improve distribution channels.

  • Use market and competitor knowledge to define unique selling propositions for ACCA.

  • Regularly report on progress and ensure data accuracy for target tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, key account management, and business-to-business selling, ideally in a professional services environment.

  • Knowledge of sales frameworks and accountancy-related issues (a finance background is advantageous).

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent); professional accountancy qualification (preferably ACCA) is desirable.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building long-term relationships at board level.

  • Commercially orientated, proactive, and results-driven with a successful track record in sales.

  • Highly motivated, able to work independently, and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
