Next Hires Management Consultancies is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the freight forwarding industry to join our international client in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on acquiring new clients, developing business across Sea, Air, and Land freight, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in freight sales, a robust customer base, and strong knowledge of logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

Develop import, export, and cross-trade business across all freight products by onboarding new customers.

Achieve or exceed predefined sales and revenue targets set by management.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and fully update CRM with opportunities and pricing information.

Provide feedback on rates and market conditions to the pricing team.

Ensure CRM data quality and update client activity records at least weekly.

Assist in scheduling customer meetings and visitor agendas.

Participate in special initiatives and projects assigned by the head of sales.

Aim to achieve GP minimum 3–4 times your target salary.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales (Air and Sea).

Existing customer base in the respective market.

Strong understanding of logistics operations and freight products/services.
-
Valid UAE driving license.
-
Proven business development and sales skills in the freight forwarding industry.
