Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect with strong production expertise to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on luxury residential and hospitality projects in the GCC region, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality BIM drawings and manage project workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Development: Create, manage, and develop detailed BIM drawings, models, and documentation for luxury residential and hospitality projects.

• Software Proficiency: Utilize BIM tools such as Revit and Rhino to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project delivery.

• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and project managers to resolve clashes, streamline workflows, and maintain effective project communication.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards in drawing accuracy, detailing, and compliance with project specifications, codes, and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in a BIM Architect or production-focused architectural role.

• Currently based in Dubai, with GCC project exposure.

• Strong portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects.

• Excellent technical knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and architectural detailing.

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Rhino); additional digital design tools are an advantage.

• Ability to work under deadlines in a production-driven environment with attention to detail.
