About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling premium services designed to elevate businesses into globally recognized brands. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients scale their ventures internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

  • Drive revenue by closing high-value deals and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.

  • Understand client business models and strategic goals to tailor our offerings for maximum impact.

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting the UAE and Gulf markets.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and consultations to decision-makers, showcasing the value of our services.

  • Track and report on sales performance, market intelligence, and competitive insights.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and communication history using CRM software.

  • Represent the company at business expos, trade shows, and industry networking events.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–10 years of proven success in B2B sales, international trade, or high-ticket sales.

  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of business development and sales pipelines.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to identify client pain points and deliver personalized solutions.

  • Motivated, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
