Publicis Middle East is hiring an Associate Business Director – Growth to support strategic business expansion and lead client acquisition initiatives. This high-impact role focuses on building executive relationships, managing scaled lead generation, and strengthening the agency’s market positioning. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership experience in business development, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to align internal teams for integrated solutions under Publicis Groupe’s “Power of One” model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth & Strategy Execution:

    • Identify and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

    • Support long-term planning and capture strategies to meet or exceed business goals.

    • Grow the opportunity pipeline through research, client interaction, and leveraging technology.

  • Client & Partner Engagement:

    • Build strong client relationships and align value propositions with market needs.

    • Cultivate partnerships with agencies, organizations, and both large and small businesses.

  • Operational & Strategic Leadership:

    • Drive lead generation and support capture planning across solution hubs.

    • Lead collaborative “Power of One” initiatives involving multi-agency solutions.

  • Marketing & Innovation:

    • Support the development of marketing strategies and thought leadership.

    • Analyze competitive data to inform strategies and pursuit plans.

  • Leadership & Team Development:

    • Inspire and align cross-functional teams.

    • Mentor future leaders and foster an inclusive, innovative culture.

    • Provide timely feedback, build succession plans, and champion performance.

  • Personal Effectiveness:

    • Demonstrate agility, resilience, and a growth mindset.

    • Maintain integrity and transparency in decision-making.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 9+ years in business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably within marketing or digital transformation.

  • Experience in planning, pitching, and executing business acquisition strategies.

  • Strong consultative and leadership abilities across diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Proven track record in developing client solutions and managing high-stake initiatives.
