Job Overview
The Assistant Revenue Manager will support the Revenue Management team to maximize hotel revenue through strategic analysis, pricing, forecasting, and inventory management. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy, this role is key to ensuring effective revenue planning and smooth operational coordination between reservations and revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily briefings with reservations and duty managers to ensure smooth communication and query resolution.

Provide ongoing training and support to reservations and revenue teams, maintaining high standards and product knowledge.

Manage hotel inventory proactively and implement pricing strategies aligned with brand guidelines.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts and reports analyzing market trends, booking patterns, and revenue performance.

Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic pricing responses to drive demand.

Ensure accuracy and integrity across all distribution channels (GDS, OTA, IDeaS).

Lead rate loading and reservation data management processes.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably with hotel re-openings or renovations experience.

Familiarity with the Middle East region is a plus.

Experience with PMS systems.

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Excellent understanding of guest needs and delivering superior customer service.
