A prestigious real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Residential Valuations to lead and enhance its growing residential valuations team in Dubai. This critical role is ideal for a professional who thrives on delivering RICS-compliant valuation reports, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Valuation & Compliance:

Prepare high-quality residential valuation reports aligned with RICS Red Book standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

Conduct detailed property inspections and compile accurate documentation.

Write clear and informative property and location descriptions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, including rental yields, sales prices, and demand in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Review and approve valuation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Team Management & Leadership:

Lead team meetings, mentor junior valuation professionals, and promote technical development.

Allocate workload, manage priorities, and ensure timely project delivery.

Support recruitment, performance reviews, and HR processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
Business Development & Client Engagement:

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Assist in preparing proposals, fee quotes, and coordinating with the admin team.

Represent the firm professionally and communicate valuation insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Financial Oversight & Operations:

Monitor departmental budgets, P&L performance, and implement process efficiencies.

Establish and maintain competitive fee structures aligned with profitability goals.

Ensure proper documentation and records for all valuation assignments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in residential property valuation in the UAE market.

Strong knowledge of RICS standards including the Red Book, Code of Conduct, and IPMS.

Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
-
RICS membership (or equivalent professional certification) is highly desirable.
