Job Summary:
As an Assistant Manager – Cash Products, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and delivery of digital cash management solutions across Emirates NBD’s local and international entities. You’ll help implement innovative technologies (SWIFT, H2H, mobile, web APIs), manage product strategy and lifecycle, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the development of digital cash management products including SWIFT for Corporates, Payment Gateway, Online Banking, and H2H integration.

Drive innovation, product enhancement, and digitization strategy for cash products.

Oversee the product lifecycle from strategy and development to delivery and commercialization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.

Manage and prioritize business requirements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer needs.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to drive product positioning and differentiation.

Develop training materials, collateral, and communication plans for product rollouts.

Represent the bank in client meetings and deliver tailored digital solutions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory payment initiatives such as BUNA and GCC RTGS.

Drive revenue through non-funded income (NFI) by delivering high-value digital services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital banking, cash product development, or transaction banking.

Strong understanding of SWIFT, H2H, API integrations, and corporate online banking platforms.

Strategic thinker with excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Strong data analysis, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the region.

Experience working with agile product development methodologies is a plus.
