Job Title: AML Compliance Analyst – Finance & Risk Management

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated AML Compliance Analyst to join our team in the Finance, Investment & Asset Management sector. The role involves ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations, monitoring transactions, conducting due diligence, and supporting the compliance function in maintaining regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate client due diligence documentation in line with AML/CFT policies.

• Perform AML compliance quality checks, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to the MLRO/Head of Compliance.

• Stay informed on evolving AML regulations, assess risks, and propose program enhancements.

• Escalate unusual activities or non-compliance cases as per company and regulatory requirements.

• Support the Head of Compliance in executing the board-approved compliance framework.

• Raise compliance concerns and suggest revisions to strengthen internal processes.

• Conduct daily transaction monitoring and enhanced due diligence on flagged alerts.

• Assist in drafting annual compliance reports and related documentation.

• Manage ad-hoc compliance assignments as required.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Compliance, AML, or Risk functions within financial services.

• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT policies and regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Professional certifications (CAMS/ICA or equivalent) are an advantage.

• Knowledge of digital assets is desirable.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive in tracking regulatory changes and compliance updates.
