Job Description:
AKI is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for its Fitness Division (Befit) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, achieving sales targets, leading a motivated team, and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on retail management, driving customer engagement and promoting the Befit brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management

Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to SOPs.

Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand compliance.
Sales and Customer Service

Drive sales performance by executing effective sales strategies.

Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.

Collect and maintain customer data for targeted marketing.
Team Leadership and Development

Hire, train, and manage sales staff; foster a motivated team environment.

Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
Inventory and Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

Conduct regular inventory audits to avoid discrepancies.
Marketing and Promotions

Work with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions and events.

Use customer feedback to refine marketing and product strategies.
Financial and Administrative Duties

Monitor expenses and ensure financial performance aligns with goals.

Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other operational metrics.
Compliance and Safety

Enforce company policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Maintain a secure and safe environment for both customers and employees.
Customer Engagement and Brand Representation

Build long-term relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.

Represent the Befit brand and its commitment to wellness and fitness.
Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Experience: At least 4 years of retail management experience, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry.
