Overview:
Social Hub is looking for a skilled Events Project Manager with proven experience in UAE event management, particularly in exhibition stands, activations, and large-scale government or corporate campaigns. The candidate will confidently handle both client-facing duties and on-ground event execution.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential due to the nature of government and public-facing projects. Native Arabic speakers with strong English communication skills are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and campaigns.

Coordinate and manage suppliers including AV, fabrication, rentals, and printing vendors.

Prepare and present proposals, technical plans, and budgets to clients.

Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and presenting event concepts.

Ensure smooth on-site implementation with effective real-time problem-solving.
Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE events industry.

Strong background in managing government or corporate events.

Skilled in proposal writing, budgeting, and client communications.

Valid UAE Driver’s License.
