SOCIALEYEZ is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating impactful visual content, particularly for social media platforms. The role involves working primarily with government clients, developing creative ideas that align with branding strategies, and leading a team of junior designers. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of high-conceptual designs and visual strategies for social media, aligned with the client’s branding.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their branding needs and translate that into effective social media designs.

• Utilize InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite to create and deliver high-quality designs.

• Confidently present design concepts to clients and revise based on feedback.

• Manage and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality outputs.

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

• Work in collaboration with content strategists, account managers, and project coordinators to deliver cohesive creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on social media.

• Prior experience working with government clients is a plus.

• Expert proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.

• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to align designs with brand guidelines.

• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

• Proven leadership ability to manage and mentor junior designers.

• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
