Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and well-spoken Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our organization. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a polished appearance. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming front office experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them courteously to the appropriate department or staff member.

Manage and screen incoming calls, transferring them appropriately or taking messages when needed.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email.

Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with room bookings as needed.

Support internal teams with administrative tasks including printing, scanning, copying, and other organizational duties.

Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.

Uphold a professional demeanor, offering assistance with a warm and helpful attitude.
Requirements & Skills:

0–1 years of prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role (freshers are welcome).

Strong communication skills with a formal and courteous tone.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
