Job Description:

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to join their team in UAE. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships, manage a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence while upholding the brand’s values and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Performance:

  • Lead by example, representing the brand’s values and philosophy in all activities.
  • Develop and execute the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and manage the customer database, focusing on VIP clients and customer retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to adapt strategies.
  • Utilize hybrid retailing by leveraging both online and offline sales channels.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Provide clear vision and direction to the team, fostering motivation and engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent while ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Act as a mentor and coach, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans when necessary.

Customer Experience & Clienteling:

  • Promote an omnichannel customer experience, ensuring seamless integration of digital and in-store services.
  • Build strong relationships with VIP clients, leveraging customer data for personalized interactions.
  • Actively recruit and convert new clients into loyal brand ambassadors.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all sales, operational, and legal SOPs within the store.
  • Manage e-commerce orders, ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment.
  • Utilize technology tools such as Clienteling apps, OMS, and WhatsApp Business to enhance customer interactions.
  • Ensure store visual merchandising (VM) guidelines are properly executed.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant store environment by following HR and retail operations policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team within the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury retail trends, clienteling techniques, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
