Consult Corporated Dubai is hiring a Visa Consultant to handle visa processing, liaise with consulates and clients, and manage application workflows. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Business Bay and offers career growth in a professional international setting.

Consult Corporated Dubai is a leading visa and immigration consultancy with a strong track record in handling business, residence, and other visa categories. The firm collaborates closely with VFS Global, BSL, and consulates, ensuring efficient and compliant visa solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit visa applications (business, residence, and others)

• Liaise with BSL, VFS Global, consulates, and clients throughout the process

• Track application statuses and monitor submission deadlines

• Advise clients on visa requirements and documentation

• Maintain internal records and use CRM systems for case management

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in visa processing

  • Mandatory: Prior work with VFS Global and BSL in the UAE

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities

  • English proficiency (Intermediate or higher)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

• Other:

  • Willingness to work full-time from Business Bay office

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
