About the Role:
Tolo Travel is seeking an experienced and passionate Tour Operator to design and manage travel experiences for clients in Dubai and beyond. The successful candidate will have strong destination knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-first approach to create unforgettable journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and customize travel itineraries and packages to match clients’ preferences and budgets.

• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, activities, and ground transportation.

• Provide expert destination advice, including cultural insights, attractions, and travel regulations.

• Handle client inquiries, resolve travel issues, and deliver excellent customer service.

• Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, local vendors, and transport providers.

• Promote packages, tours, and special offers through effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Stay informed about industry trends, travel requirements, and safety updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tour Operator or Travel Consultant in the tourism industry.

• Strong knowledge of UAE and international destinations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tours efficiently.

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Sales and marketing skills to promote travel packages effectively.

• Flexibility to adapt to client needs in a fast-paced environment.
