About the Client:
A boutique café located in Dubai Mall, known for its specialty coffee, light snacks, and welcoming atmosphere.

Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waitstaff to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring smooth dining operations, and creating a memorable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

• Provide menu recommendations and handle special requests or complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Open to Asian nationalities, aged 35 and below.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cafés, restaurants, or the hospitality industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to multitask.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
