About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Industrial Sales Engineer to expand our footprint in the UAE and KSA markets. The role involves driving sales of industrial rubber belts, strengthening client relationships, and providing technical support to distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across UAE & KSA.

• Identify and acquire new clients in factories, OEMs, and heavy equipment industries while managing existing accounts.

• Provide technical expertise on product selection, applications, and after-sales support.

• Conduct market research to track opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote URBM’s product portfolio.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing to long-term business development strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in industrial sales within the GCC (UAE/KSA preferred).

• Strong technical knowledge of power transmission belts, mechanical components, or industrial equipment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Willingness to travel frequently between UAE and KSA.

• Valid UAE driving license.
