Role Overview
As a Site Merchandiser, you will manage and optimize online product assortments, promotions, and customer journeys across Chalhoub’s e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless product launches, content alignment, stock management, and reporting, driving both conversion and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Launches

Manage product categories, collections, SKUs, and ERP alignment.

Oversee new product launches, content requests, and stock coordination.

Ensure timely activation of promotions (discounts, GWPs, PWPs).
Online Merchandising

Use sales and analytics to optimize product placement, filters, and menus.

Maintain homepage banners, landing pages, and product descriptions.

Improve product pages with imagery, reviews, upselling, and offers.
Stock & Forecasting

Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock issues.

Forecast replenishments and manage sell-through KPIs.

Work with supply chain and purchasing teams to ensure availability.
Cross-Team Coordination

Own and manage the merchandising calendar.

Collaborate with marketing, CRM, social media, and content teams.

Ensure campaign products are live, linked, and marketed on time.
Reporting & Analytics

Produce weekly/monthly sales, best-sellers, and brand performance reports.

Monitor Google Analytics and website KPIs (traffic, conversion, CTRs).

Generate forecasts and actionable insights to improve site performance.
Requirements
-
2–5 years’ experience in online merchandising, ideally in fashion/beauty e-commerce.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion optimization.

Hands-on experience with product management, promotions, and site navigation.

Reporting, forecasting, and commercial acumen to drive online sales.

Quick learner and proactive self-starter.

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is preferred.
