With headquarters in London and a growing presence in Dubai, Inovia partners with innovative biopharma companies by integrating advanced data strategies and proprietary platforms into their programs. We are searching for a forward-thinking Senior Epidemiologist / Pharmacoepidemiologist & Real-World Evidence (RWE) Programmer to join our mission of accelerating and de-risking drug development.
This hybrid, full-time role blends strategy, data science, and scientific acumen to deliver transformational results in the biotech space. You’ll be hands-on with massive multimodal data, work on internal products, and support strategic decision-making for our biopharma partners.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and conduct both proof-of-concept and regulatory-grade non-interventional studies
– Analyze large-scale RWE datasets with SQL and R/Python
– Collaborate with product engineering teams to build internal tools
– Provide guidance to drug developers on strategic RWE approaches
– Translate complex analyses into actionable insights
– Support regulatory submissions and anticipate evolving regulatory landscapes
Requirements:
– Advanced degree in Epidemiology or related field
– Proven expertise in RWE methodology, epidemiological modeling, and regulatory frameworks
– Proficiency with SQL and either R or Python
– Familiarity with coding systems like ICD, GPI, HCPCS, and SNOMED
– Strong understanding of FDA, EMA, and MHRA perspectives on RWE
– Skilled in developing and executing Protocols, SAPs, TFLs, and CSRs
– Ability to work with a wide range of real-world data types: EHR, claims, registries, etc.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
– Must be eligible to work in the UK
