About the Role:
Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational technology solutions provider seeking a Sales Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination of regional sales operations, client communication, and internal processes.

The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to streamline workflows, manage Salesforce data, and provide end-to-end support for sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage accurate sales data in Salesforce.

• Coordinate lead management, event follow-up, and marketing initiatives with the global team.

• Process regional sales orders, generate quotes, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Support client communication by preparing documentation and supplying relevant information.

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Monitor case handling across departments to ensure timely resolution.

• Qualify and track new leads for sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be immediately available and based in the UAE.

• Prior experience in B2B sales support or sales coordination.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

• Fluent in Arabic (essential).

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.

• A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset.
