Midori Network is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Recycling Workshop Facilitator to guide guests through interactive plastic recycling workshops. This role blends guest relations with hands-on activity hosting, where you will engage participants, ensure safe machine use, and create memorable experiences around sustainability. Ideal for candidates with guest service experience who enjoy interacting with people and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.

• Lead small groups through engaging recycling workshops, helping them create souvenirs from recycled plastic.

• Share fun facts and short stories about sustainability in a simple, engaging way.

• Operate basic recycling machines (training provided).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.

• Assist with shop sales, explain products, operate the till, and track inventory.

• Support operations during weekends, public holidays, and special events.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of guest service experience (hospitality, F&B, entertainment, front of house, kids clubs, etc.).

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong English communication skills (other languages are a plus).

• Comfort with using basic tools/equipment (training provided).

• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to engage with diverse groups of people.

• Interest in ecology and sustainability (expert knowledge not required).
