PER is hiring a Principal / Director for its Global Real Estate Funds and Co-Investments division in Abu Dhabi. The organization is a leading Middle Eastern fund with a wide investment remit across developed and emerging markets, with strong capital reserves to invest in private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and credit. This role focuses on real estate acquisitions, co-investments, and fund manager selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, analysis, and execution of international real estate investments.

• Lead fund manager selection and co-investment due diligence.

• Formulate new investment strategies to drive portfolio growth.

• Oversee the development of financial models for potential investments.

• Prepare detailed investment memorandums for presentation to the investment committee.

• Monitor and manage the existing portfolio of real estate investments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in direct real estate acquisitions and investments.

• Proven track record in investing across developed markets.

• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Prior buy-side investment experience is a must.

• Outstanding academic credentials.

• Willingness to relocate and work full-time in the Middle East.
