Physioplus Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center, based in Dubai, is hiring an ABA Therapist for immediate placement. The center specializes in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and therapy services for children, adults, and seniors, including neuro-rehabilitation, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavior/ABA therapy.

The ABA Therapist will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and working directly with children to address behavioral challenges. The role also requires close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze outcomes.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment and intervention plans.

• Work directly with children to improve behavioral, communication, and social skills.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.

• Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate case records and communicate effectively with families regarding progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior experience working with children in a therapy or clinical setting.

• Knowledge of child psychology and behavioral interventions.

• Certification in ABA (preferred).

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Must be available to work on-site in Dubai.
