AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Quality Manager (PMC team) for a large-scale low-rise residential project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong expertise in QA/QC processes, project supervision, and quality management in residential developments. Prior UAE experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi, is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures in line with client policies, contractual obligations, and statutory regulations.

• Prepare and submit a Quality Control Manual, including inspection/testing protocols, personnel responsibilities, and documentation standards.

• Oversee inspections for proprietary materials, mock-ups, field trials, and compliance testing.

• Implement and monitor a computerized inspection and test management system, ensuring data linkage to NCRs and detailed reporting.

• Conduct regular audits of the Construction Supervision Consultant’s QA/QC systems.

• Monitor Lead Design Consultant and Construction Supervision Consultant activities to ensure quality workmanship.

• Ensure timely issuance and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

• Verify contractors’ quality systems, including quality plans, audits, project controls, calibration, and documentation.

• Provide oversight of monthly Project Quality Reports summarizing inspections and NCRs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management or related field (advanced certifications preferred).

• 15+ years of experience in residential projects, with strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s construction regulations and standards.

• Proven experience in Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

• Strong record-keeping, data management, and communication skills.

• Understanding of quality within the design process.

• Experience in large-scale, low-rise residential/villa projects.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex construction projects.
