About the Role:
Valtrans is looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily airport operations in Dubai. This role is key to ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in airport or transportation management, capable of driving customer service excellence while managing budgets and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day airport operations to deliver seamless and efficient services.

• Lead and motivate a diverse team to meet performance and operational targets.

• Develop and enforce operational procedures in line with airport regulations.

• Coordinate with airport authorities, government entities, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth workflows.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements.

• Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and passenger experience.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.

• Manage operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control costs.

• Oversee staff training and professional development programs.

• Prepare performance reports with recommendations for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the airport or aviation sector.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations, safety, and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Arabic (mandatory).

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.
