Job Overview:

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a professional Office Receptionist to join its Head Office team in DIFC, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will manage a variety of administrative tasks with poise and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees at the front desk

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries

• Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies

• Support the Head Office team with day-to-day office management

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role

• Location: Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate

• Language Skills: Fluent in English (European language proficiency is a plus)

• Presentation: Well-groomed, professional demeanor

• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, multitasking ability
