Position: Field Sales Executive

In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong business relationships, and promoting our wide range of travel packages and services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the travel and tourism sector.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote travel solutions.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to support marketing initiatives.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regional travel industry developments.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the UAE travel and tourism sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to close deals.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about travel and customer service.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
