Al-Futtaim Group, a leading diversified conglomerate headquartered in Dubai, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for their Hertz automotive division. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth rental transactions, and enhancing the overall brand experience.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare shifts by coordinating reservations, fleet management, and special customer requests (e.g., child seats, GPS).

Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel welcomed and valued.

Handle rental transactions including document collection, customer declarations, credit card processing, and agreement explanations.

Provide excellent customer interaction by engaging with clients, offering refreshments, and sharing relevant travel or leisure suggestions.

Manage vehicle check-ins and check-outs, coordinate with drivers, and ensure timely processing of rental agreements.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, bank deposits, and inventory of stationery and supplies.

Assist in shift closing procedures including cash handling and reconciliation.

Escalate issues to supervisors promptly when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate degree preferred.

PC literacy and familiarity with hospitality or customer service environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Prior experience in vehicle rental or automotive services is a plus.
