ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Chocolatier to craft premium chocolate products including pralines, truffles, ganache, and molded chocolates. This role involves managing chocolate production, ensuring consistent quality, and driving product innovation. The Chocolatier will also support new product development, oversee production processes, and maintain food safety standards. Ideal for professionals with strong artisanal chocolate-making skills and a passion for creativity in confectionery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce a variety of artisanal chocolate products (pralines, truffles, molded chocolates, ganache, enrobed items).

• Temper chocolate manually and with machines to maintain consistency and quality.

• Develop and test innovative recipes and seasonal collections.

• Manage production schedules to meet daily targets and order deadlines.

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance).

• Collaborate with R&D, sales, and design teams for new product development.

• Train, lead, and supervise junior chocolatiers or assistants (if applicable).

• Monitor quality control throughout the production process.

• Manage inventory of raw materials, molds, and tools.

• Package and label finished products for retail, wholesale, and events.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in chocolate making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chocolatier or in artisan chocolate/confectionery production.

• Expertise in chocolate tempering, recipe development, and product innovation.

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.

• Strong creativity and passion for chocolate artistry.

• Ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines.

• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
