About the Role:
Barratt Galvin is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international law firm with a strong presence in the Middle East. The firm is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its high-performing regional BD team in Dubai for a 12-month contract.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across Dubai, Riyadh, London, and other global offices, directly contributing to the firm’s growth strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitching & Proposals: Manage high-value pitches, tenders, and proposals, coordinating content and ensuring consistency with firm-wide messaging.

• Client Development: Support client action plans, track engagement, and gather insights through the client listening programme.

• Strategic BD Planning: Assist with regional BD plans, prepare client-facing and internal materials, and support cross-practice initiatives.

• Profile Raising: Lead legal directory submissions, manage marketing collateral, and support events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns.

• Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with partners, associates, and business services teams across regional and global offices.

• Market Insight: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sector monitoring to support business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in business development or marketing, ideally in a law firm or professional services.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with the legal industry and/or Middle East markets preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM (e.g., InterAction) and pitch tools experience is advantageous.
