Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated US Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience recruiting for the GCC or North America markets. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and deliver top talent solutions aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

• Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, personality, and references.

• Guide candidates through interview processes and manage client expectations.

• Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and recruitment platforms.

• Conduct targeted sourcing using LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoho, and other tools.

• Report daily on recruitment activities and progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience focused on North American markets across various industries.

• Experience working with HRIS systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
