Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, a luxurious 5-star property nestled along the Arabian Gulf, is hiring a Telephone Operator to join its front office team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals who value professionalism, guest satisfaction, and effective communication in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and handle guest calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Ensure smooth communication with related departments for effective service delivery.

  • Respond to guest queries with politeness and strive to exceed their expectations.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and Opera guest profiles.

  • Manage the guest wake-up call system and deliver calls promptly and accurately.

  • Operate the switchboard efficiently to ensure quick call transfers internally and externally.

  • Take and deliver messages for guests and management according to hotel standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle guest interactions professionally.

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and service-oriented mindset.
