Whizz HR is hiring a Tour Executive with extensive experience in inbound tourism operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai requires handling end-to-end travel planning, from cost estimation to coordination with hotels and suppliers. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in B2B platforms and fluency in an additional language such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of inbound tour operations: planning, costing, and execution

• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and attraction partners to deliver seamless experiences

• Address client queries with professionalism and care

• Support both FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations

• Travel occasionally for partner visits and site inspections

• Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented approach, especially during peak travel seasons

• Maintain clear communication and analytical thinking throughout the operations cycle

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in inbound tourism operations

• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient with computer systems and B2B travel platforms

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Fluency in Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a must
