Key Responsibilities:

• Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures

• Deliver quality laundry service in a timely manner

• Operate and care for flat irons and other laundry equipment properly

• Feed food & beverage linen through the flat iron

• Fold bed sheets and towels according to hotel standards

• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors

• Remain fully informed of fire and safety procedures and adhere to them

Requirements:

• Vocational training or experience in hotel laundry operations preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

• Good command of English

• Friendly, customer-focused personality

• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
