Baseball United, the first professional baseball league dedicated to the Middle East and South Asia, is seeking a Vice President of Global Media Rights & Broadcast Partnerships. With games already broadcast in over 120 countries and a rapidly growing fanbase across India, Pakistan, the GCC, and beyond, the league is entering an exciting phase with its inaugural season starting November 14, 2025.

This executive-level, full-time hybrid role reports directly to the CEO and can be based in the UAE, India, or the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing Baseball United’s media rights strategy, developing high-value partnerships, and driving revenue and viewership globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global media rights sales across key regions including India, Pakistan, GCC/MENA, U.S., Japan, and others

• Negotiate licensing deals for TV, OTT, digital, highlights, and supplemental content

• Develop tailored broadcast proposals for senior-level executives at broadcasters (e.g., Sony, Star, Zee, beIN, DAZN)

• Activate signed partnerships in collaboration with marketing and operations teams

• Reference rights packages from top leagues such as IPL, PSL, MLB, and UFC to inform strategy

• Support commercial and sponsorship integrations into media platforms

• Provide real-time reporting, updates, and recommendations directly to the CEO

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in sports media, broadcast rights, or sports marketing

• Proven track record of negotiating successful media rights deals across different formats and regions

• Strong network and relationships with top-tier broadcasters in South Asia, MENA, and/or the U.S.

• Persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• Entrepreneurial, positive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Knowledge of baseball, cricket, or emerging sports is an advantage
