Responsibilities:

• Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to various hiring needs

• Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle from job posting to onboarding

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

• Ensure clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and develop recruitment plans

• Optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience

• Deliver professional feedback to all stakeholders involved in hiring

• Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the Middle East

• Prior experience in a recruitment firm is mandatory

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume recruitment efficiently

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about building teams

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a plus
