A reputable and growing organization in Dubai is hiring a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide strong administrative support. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a professional who enjoys being the first point of contact, has excellent organizational skills, and is capable of handling diverse office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front-of-House:

Greet all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

Manage the visitor log and ensure a secure and welcoming entry process.

Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.

Assist guests and staff with general inquiries and support.
Administrative Support:
-
Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and catering arrangements.

Schedule internal meetings and assist with calendar management.

Prepare simple internal documentation and basic correspondence.

Assist with hotel and flight bookings for staff as needed.

Support daily administrative needs across departments.
Sales & Lead Coordination:

Enter and manage new business leads using the internal sales platform.

Monitor and update lead records to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate with the business development team for follow-ups and updates.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead tracking system.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar office-based or administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented attitude.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
