Wolfi’s, a market leader in cycling retail and community engagement, is looking for a Content Creator to produce compelling video and visual content across its platforms and business units. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for a visual storyteller passionate about cycling, community-driven campaigns, and fast-paced, creative work environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Video & Photo Production:

Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos in-store, at events, and on-location.

Create content such as product features, bike handovers, team highlights, and community event recaps.

Ensure all visuals align with Wolfi’s brand identity and storytelling standards.

Format content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and in-store use.
Short Form & Social-First Content:
-
Develop and deliver short-form, trend-driven content with rapid turnaround times.
-
Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, platform-specific formats.
-
Support social media campaigns with Reels, Stories, and trending content.
Campaign & Brand Support:
-
Create visual content for major campaigns (e.g., Tour de France, Giro d’Italia, promotions).

Document athlete partnerships, brand activations, and community initiatives.
-
Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and campaign storytelling.
Creative Direction & Planning:
-
Participate in content brainstorming and pre-production planning.
-
Pitch innovative video concepts, storyboards, and creative angles.
-
Develop shot lists and lead execution with visual consistency.
Equipment & Asset Management:

Manage camera gear, file backups, and media storage.
-
Maintain organized content libraries and file labeling systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Work closely with Social Media, Sales, Events, and E-Commerce teams.

Capture in-store content across Wolfi’s locations (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain).

Review content performance monthly and apply learnings for improvement.

Guide internal teams on content creation and UGC techniques.

Deliver assets for use in newsletters, websites, and marketing channels.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

2+ years of experience in videography and editing (in-house or freelance).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.

Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.

Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
-
Experience in lifestyle, sports, or cycling content is a plus.

Ability to perform under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Experience with AI tools is advantageous.

Fluency in Arabic is a bonus.

Driver’s license and personal vehicle are preferred.
